Email access and optional updates
- The TikTok Shop Shipping Adjustment Scanner preview stores the email you submit so it can provide free access and measure genuine interest.
- The separate product-updates checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Not selecting it does not block the tool or download.
- If selected, we also store the consent choice, consent version and time. We will not treat an access email as marketing consent.
- We currently retain the record while the preview is active or until you request deletion.
Files and reports
Tools described as browser-only process selected files in browser memory. Raw settlement files, customer details and order-level personal information are not sent to the email collection database. Safe example files are synthetic.
Analytics and service providers
We use Google Analytics to understand page and feature usage. Email addresses are not placed in analytics events. The site is hosted with Vercel, and the scanner email endpoint uses Cloudflare Workers and D1. These providers may process ordinary technical request data under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your email record or withdraw the optional marketing choice. If marketing emails are introduced, they will include an unsubscribe method.
