TikTok Shop payout reconciliation

Why your TikTok Shop payout does not match your orders

Orders show what sold. A payout shows what settled after timing differences, fees, creator commissions, refunds, shipping charges and other adjustments. Reconcile by order ID before treating the gap as missing money.

Match in this order

  1. Settlement or payout window
  2. Order ID and line item
  3. Fees, refunds and commissions
  4. Shipping and other adjustments
  5. Net payout to the bank

Gross vs net

Your order dashboard is not the same accounting view as the Finance settlement or bank deposit.

Different timing

An order, refund and adjustment can appear in different settlement windows even when they share an order ID.

Unmatched rows

A Finance row without a reliable order link should stay unmatched until you have enough export history.

Five checks before opening another support ticket

  1. Use the same date basis. Do not compare orders created this week with a payout covering a different settlement period.
  2. Match by order ID. Compare the Orders export with Finance rows using the order ID and line item where available.
  3. List every deduction separately. Keep referral fees, creator commissions, refunds, seller shipping, ads and other adjustments visible instead of combining them into one unexplained gap.
  4. Load earlier order weeks. A refund or adjustment may refer to an order outside the current export window.
  5. Trace the payout reference. For a missing bank deposit, use the settlement or payout ID rather than opening another general missing-payment ticket.

Build one clean payout timeline

Before escalating a missing payout, place the settlement or payout ID, amount, TikTok “paid” date, bank acknowledgment, relevant order IDs, ticket numbers and screenshots in one chronological record.

Do not include customer names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal data in a public post or feedback message.
