TikTok Shop payout reconciliation
Orders show what sold. A payout shows what settled after timing differences, fees, creator commissions, refunds, shipping charges and other adjustments. Reconcile by order ID before treating the gap as missing money.
Your order dashboard is not the same accounting view as the Finance settlement or bank deposit.
An order, refund and adjustment can appear in different settlement windows even when they share an order ID.
A Finance row without a reliable order link should stay unmatched until you have enough export history.
| What you see | Likely check | Best evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Payout is lower than sales | Fees, commission, refunds or shipping deductions | Finance export by order ID |
| An order is missing | Settlement eligibility or a different payout window | Order status and settlement date |
| A deduction has no order | Older order, package-level row or incomplete mapping | More weekly Orders exports |
| Seller Center says paid, bank does not | Payout trace or bank-routing issue | Payout ID, paid date and bank acknowledgment |
| Shipping amount looks reversed | Charge, reimbursement or subsidy sign | Keep the original signed amount |
Before escalating a missing payout, place the settlement or payout ID, amount, TikTok “paid” date, bank acknowledgment, relevant order IDs, ticket numbers and screenshots in one chronological record.
Do not include customer names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal data in a public post or feedback message.
Load your Seller Center exports locally, review linked and unmatched rows, then escalate a specific payout reference if needed.
